The Washington County Conservation Board manages over 2,100 acres of land within the county.  These areas are designed to connect people to the outdoors.  Opportunities to enjoy nature abound in county parks, from hunting and fishing to bird watching and hiking.  A wide variety of habitats – including prairie, woodlands, and waters – with their assorted wildlife are found among the different parks.
