Looking at the future of conservation in Washington County, we realize it is going to take more and more financial support from private citizens to maintain and develop our parks and recreation areas.  The Washington County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) was established to fill this need.  The WCCF is a non-profit foundation and donations are tax deductible.

Through the WCCF, there are many ways you can help the conservation effort in Washington County.  Direct gifts of cash are always appreciated.  Other types of donations can include bank accounts, appreciated securities, life insurance, will bequests, retirement accounts, memorials, and in-kind contributions.  Gifts may be designated for a specific project or not.

Time is also another premium, and volunteers are always welcome.  Previous volunteers have assisted with public programs, trail creation or maintenance, as well as other projects.
