Fern Cliff

Fern Cliff is a 56 acre wooded multi-use area located west of Crawfordsville. This timber is a particularly popular squirrel hunting area, with some families having a time honored tradition of spending opening weekend there. Other games species present in huntable numbers include white-tailed deer, turkeys, and other woodland species.

Provided it has not been too dry of a summer, wood ducks and an

occasional mallard visit the old oxbow, with the added bonus of jumping

ducks along Crooked Creek en route.
